An AcroMed Report™ is a customizable summary of a patient’s interaction with various healthcare providers presented in an easily understood report. It includes the date of treatment, the medical provider, the diagnosis, an overview of the treatment, and definitions of medical terms, along with hyperlinks to the medical records.
An AcroMed Report report can be customized to include:
- Medication Chart – A chart containing an overview of the patient’s medication and its side effects and dosages.
- Billing Summary – A summary of the medical bills.
- Medical Opinion – An opinion from a doctor or nurse following review of the medical records regarding any relevant issue, including causation, whether there is any permanent or partial disability, the need for future medical care, or a deviation from a standard of care.
- A comparison chart of what the patient testified to at a deposition about medical treatment is shown in the records.
- Any other information that you may want to include.
