Smokeball Integration with AcroDocz.

We have seamlessly integrated Smokeball with AcroDocz to enhance your document management workflow.
Here’s how the process works:

1.   Integration & Authentication

• Click the “Integrate Smokeball” button in AcroDocz.
  

Integrate Smokeball

• You will be redirected to the Smokeball login page.
• Upon successful authentication, AcroDocz will securely store your Smokeball customer details, including your registered email.
• After logging in, you will land on the AcroDocz X Smokeball – Place Your Order page.

2.   Accessing Matters & Documents

• AcroDocz will retrieve your list of matters from Smokeball.
  
• Select the relevant matter to view all associated medical records and bills organized in files and folders.

3.   Selecting & Uploading Documents

• Choose the type of documents you want to upload.
  • Medical Records
  • Medical Bills
• Select the specific files from the chosen category and click upload to initiate processing.

Select the Matter and the Summary Type

Select the specific files and submit

4.   Processing & Summarization

• AcroDocz will process and summarize your uploaded medical records and bills.
• Once summarization is complete, you will receive an email notification.

5.   Delivery & Payment

• Upon payment, the summary will be:
  • Emailed to you.
  • Automatically uploaded to the corresponding matter in Smokeball.

6.   Triangulation Report (Bonus Feature)

• If you upload both medical records and medical bills for the same patient, AcroDocz will generate a Triangulation Report for you at no additional cost.
• This report will also be emailed to you and uploaded to the respective matter in Smokeball once payment for the medical records summary and billing summary is completed.
