He/She should have the ability to analyze a case of medical malpractice, personal injury and mass tort cases. He/She should have experience in medical terminologies and good written communication skills.
Medical Records Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing medical records and preparing medical summaries after analyzing a case of personal injury, mass-tort or medical malpractice. He/She is responsible for the timely completion of individual cases and meeting the SLA for data entry and case analysis activity as per SOP.

He/She must ensure accurate documentation of medical history, suspect drugs and affiliated medications. He/She should be an expert in medical terminologies and posses excellent written communication skills.
Team Lead – Medical records will be responsilble for reviewing and processing healthcare patient documents for Release of Information/ Document Review/ Record Retrieval Process for US Hospitals and Facilities. He/She will also be responsible in managing mutiple customer accounts in order to grow the company’s business. He/She should be a life science graduate & posses excellent communication skills.
